This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Olympus BioLabs. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
All sales are final
Due to the laboratory research nature of our products and the importance of maintaining product integrity and chain of custody, Olympus BioLabs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
This policy applies regardless of whether the package has been opened or remains sealed.
Limited exceptions
Incorrect Item Received: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Once verified, the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Damaged Shipment: If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Missing Items: If an item is missing from your shipment, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, any missing item(s) will be shipped promptly at no additional charge.
What is not covered
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Products that did not produce expected research results
- Products opened, altered, or improperly stored after delivery
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Orders refused by the recipient
- Orders containing incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Order accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Olympus BioLabs is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.
Research use only
All products sold by Olympus BioLabs are intended exclusively for laboratory and research purposes. Customers acknowledge that products are purchased solely for legitimate research applications and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Due to the research-use-only nature of our products, returned inventory cannot be verified for integrity or chain of custody once it leaves our facility.
