Recommended shipping method
FedEx 2-Day Air
For temperature-sensitive peptide orders, FedEx 2-Day Air is our recommended shipping option. It reduces transit time and supports the integrity of products that benefit from expedited delivery.
Other shipping methods remain available, but expedited shipping is encouraged whenever possible for research compounds that need temperature-controlled handling.
Order processing
Most orders are processed promptly after payment verification.
During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing:
- Carrier information
- Tracking number
- Shipment status updates
- Estimated delivery date
Tracking information may take several hours to become active after the carrier picks up your shipment.

Payment and fulfillment
Items receive a short availability hold while checkout is in progress. Payment is completed securely with eDebit Direct. Fulfillment begins after the payment is accepted for order processing; bank settlement may follow later.
Confirm handling requirements
Contact support for available carrier coverage, processing times, temperature-control requirements, address restrictions, insurance terms and the process for damaged or lost shipments for your order.
Shipping promises made on our earlier website, including same-day dispatch, two-day delivery, cold-chain specifications and nationwide coverage, do not carry over automatically. Ask support to confirm what applies to your order.
