Such documentation is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee suitability for any specific research application.

Product Handling & Storage

Customers are responsible for properly receiving, handling, storing, and maintaining all products after delivery. Storage recommendations may vary by product, and customers should follow appropriate laboratory handling practices. Olympus BioLabs is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper handling, storage, or environmental conditions after delivery.

Order Acceptance

Product Integrity

To preserve product integrity and chain of custody, Olympus BioLabs does not accept returns of laboratory research materials once they have been processed or shipped, except as provided in our Refund & Returns Policy.
