Product handling and storage
Customers are responsible for properly receiving, handling, storing and maintaining all products after delivery. Storage recommendations may vary by product, and customers should follow appropriate laboratory handling practices. Olympus BioLabs is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper handling, storage or environmental conditions after delivery.
Order acceptance
Olympus BioLabs reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at its sole discretion where necessary to comply with applicable laws, protect product integrity or enforce company policies.
Product integrity
To preserve product integrity and chain of custody, Olympus BioLabs does not accept returns of laboratory research materials once they have been processed or shipped, except as provided in our Refund & Returns Policy. Customers should inspect all shipments promptly and report discrepancies within the required timeframes.
