1. Current service
The application provides a research-compound catalog, research-account registration, contact intake, and partner applications. It does not currently provide a cart, checkout, payment, order, or fulfillment service.
2. Intended users and use
Catalog products are presented for qualified laboratory research only. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices and are not offered for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate identity and organization information, protect your password, and notify Olympus of unauthorized access. An account may be disabled when its information or intended use cannot be verified.
4. Catalog information
Olympus may correct names, SKUs, images, concentrations, prices, availability, and documentation status. A public product record does not guarantee that a product can be ordered.
5. Batch documents
Documents are provided only for the lot and variant identified. Users remain responsible for evaluating whether documentation is sufficient for their research requirements.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, scrape protected account data, misrepresent your research status, or use the catalog to promote prohibited human or veterinary use.
7. Intellectual property
The Olympus BioLabs name, logo, site design, original copy, and owned media may not be reproduced or used to imply sponsorship without written permission.
8. Final commercial terms
Payment, ordering, shipping, refunds, dispute handling, governing law, warranties, and liability limits will be added only after business, processor, and counsel approval.
